Week 4

Today Heither, our Management and Information system module leader, divided the lecture in two parts. In the first half an hour he completed and revised the previous week topic who was "Managing IS Infrastructure & Services". In the second part of the lecture he talk to us about Managing Businesses & its Environment. The lecture was really interesting and I learning many new informations about how internet works.

Week 3

Today during the morning lecture we listened to some guests speakers. The first guest was a one of LSBU staff members talking about plagiarism and the consequencies that it brings to students who don't respect the rules. The second guest talked about her own business called Bizzie Bodies and she explained us her issues with the business and how we can help her to succeed in the business arena by using our IS knowledge.

Week 2

During todays lecture our module leader teach us about "Buess Models and Strategies in the Digital World".
He started by explaining competitive forces and pressures inside firms. Our tutor also talked about how some companies apply Freeconomics in the digital world. another topic was about the Managarial Level and the executive levels inside an organisation and how to define an organisation.

Week 1

Today was our first experience with our semester 2 module called Management & Information System. Our module coordinator Haider Zuhair Bilal started by explaining the content of the module by guiding us through the "Module guide". In the second part Haider talked about the first collection of slides called "21st Century Challenges for Organisations" including topics related information system in today's businesses.
